A 45 Min class – Meditation Through Mudras – Explore Yoga Through your Hands
This is a class where we will explore Yoga Through our hands. Yes, you can sit in a chair, on the floor, stand if you are more comfortable that way. We will be putting our fingers into different positions.
Technically there are many definitions of mudras – some of which we will go over in class. For simplicity and 2 respect your time, know that a Mudra is an energy loop. Therefore, we will align energies to bring healing into specified places in our lives through a 45 minute practice of:
- Pranayama (control of breath 2. Arrive and ready our body for healing)
- Mantra to Dhanvantra (all Ayurveda yoga classes begin with this token of respect.). Participation in this portion varies to your comfort level.
- Holding mudras.
- “Feedback” chats if time and comfort levels allow.
