What is yin yoga?
It is a practice where humans move into An Asana. An Asana, or yoga posture, that is on the relaxed side, the muscles are not meant to engage to hold the position. We come to “An edge”, the place where we can FEEL the different position the teacher has guided U to. This Asana, or position, is held in stillness. U resolve 2 noT move 4 A period of Time. By practicing this way U R benefiting your joints, ligaments, the deep facia tissue and even to the bones. These are the places within the body where energy, emotions or past events can get stuck and begin to hold us down. Rise Up and relax with this GenTle, soft practice where you will want to go straight to sleep when you get home.
